How long does implementation take? First results are usually visible in 5–10 days (1–2 scenarios). A full rollout across several processes takes 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and approval speed. What does the process look like step by step? Call and requirements capture — short process audit — we propose 2–3 solution options and an estimate — implementation — testing — training — launch. Can we start with a single automation? Yes. We often start with a pilot — one scenario with quick impact — and then scale to other processes. What systems can you integrate? CRM, spreadsheets, email, messengers, payments, ads, helpdesk, and any services with APIs (or via ready-made connectors). What tools do you use? The core platform is n8n: a builder for automations and integrations where scenarios are assembled from blocks and logic. We connect your services (CRM, spreadsheets, email, messengers, APIs) and add AI tools when needed. What do we need to start? In short: a goal, access, and one owner. Usually enough:
— a 30–45 minute call to describe the process “as is”
